    1. Ummm…. The only thing that comes up to mind with me from the words “Cartoon” “Character” “country” is Axis Powers Hetalia. Where the countries are literally personified into people.

    2. idk about a country but way back when there was one called Hong Kong Fooey….Phooey….no, maybe Fooey was right. i know it’s not a country, but ut’s something.
